I wonder what the following season stats are for clubs that have been in the bottom 3 near the end of a previous season?
I generally think that teams tend to carry on the form they had in the second part of a season into the next season.
A lot of results that keep you up are more down to the attitude of the other teams and not based on your actual ability. Everton will be the same next year and I think so will we unless we do something radical. Shudder to think what we will be like without Rice as well.

Norf - dead right. Moyes is so fucking negative, no matter who we're playing. There was nothing to lose today yet we only start properly playing when we're 2 down.
His mantra is 'stay in the game'. In other words just keep it tight. He has no real ambition so it's no wonder he has such a shocking record against so called 'big clubs'.

Some of our defending of late is a cause for concern.
Cresswell & Kehrer seem to have gone back to being shit.
Mostly toothless in possession with coufal especially bad in the final 3rd.
As per below it fucks me off that today was a free pass and we still stood off them for 70min like we were playing Barcelona.
